Vice President of Sales Operations and Commercial Execution

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales Operations and Commercial Execution to lead our sales operations and drive commercial success across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, commercial strategy, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with overall company goals.
Sales Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales process optimization, and sales enablement. Commercial Execution: Lead commercial negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable outcomes for the company. Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions. Develop KPIs and metrics to measure sales effectiveness and track progress against targets.
Provide strong leadership to the sales operations team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in the technology, data center, or telecommunications industry preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.
