Purpose of RoleWe are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join our dedicated building maintenance team at UCL’s university campus in Stratford.
Job DescriptionThe Electrical Engineer would be responsible for undertaking electrical and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure to include power, 3-Phase, distribution, emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs and alarms. Their input will ensure compliance against the contractual SLA’s and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across the hard services operation. The successful candidate will have good all-round building maintenance knowledge and be comfortable working in a client facing role.

Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Worked in a commercial environment – ideally education
- Previous team leadership experience would be useful
- Strong maintenance and faulting finding experience
- 18th Edition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Good understanding of HSE & compliance
