Credit Controller

Chambers and Partners is looking for a fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to join our Credit Control team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, handle queries, post cash, and support the collection of overdue payments, working closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a positive client experience. Please note that this role will be based in our London office. Main duties and responsibilities: Chasing a designated set of accounts/ledger via calls and emails Managing accounts receivable inbox and general clients queries Enhancing customer experience by building and maintaining a strong relationship with the customers Liaise with the wider Finance team, Sales and Customer Success to ensure timely customer query resolution and facilitate collection of overdue debt Cash posting & reconciling complex customer accounts Weekly ledger meeting with Credit Control Lead Skills and qualifications: Demonstrable experience in a customer focus role (or similar) Mandarin speaker is a mandatory Person specification: Strong eye for details Able to work independently Impeccable communication skills, with both colleagues and clients Confident in making phones calls and have difficult conversation Solution driven & organized Customer focus Excel skills (vlookup, if, sum) About us: Chambers and Partners is the world’s leading legal rankings and insights intelligence company.
