As the Principal Consultant for Corporate ESG Services, you will develop and manage the ESG advisory services offering within the wider ESG Corporate Services Business Unit, with support from Business Unit Manager. Acting as commercial lead and providing support and direction. To deliver projects to the required quality and driving business growth and development activities. Lead the definition of the current and future market, market drivers and service offerings for ESG advisory services
Support the development and implementation a robust, proactive Go-to-Market programs to achieve ambitious commercial growth.
Provide tender responses to client requests for work and input into large bids through the Bid Support Team, as required
Providing support, mentorship, and leadership to team members
Delivery of projects to budget and to the required quality


You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the leadership, development and coaching of the Sustainability team, as well as identifying, leading and contributing to commercial
We are looking for someone well established in Corporate ESG Advisory services and currently working at Principal Consultant
Strong commercial acumen
Well established professional network
A demonstratable experience in sustainability consulting or corporate ESG leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects.
Ability to engage and influence internal and external C-suite stakeholders, building trusted relationships and shaping strategic sustainability decisions.
