Junior Quality Inspector, Salisbury, £30’000

As a Junior Quality Inspector for this established engineering company, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that what is produced is in line with customers’ expectations and each day will vary dependant on the departments focus.

Rubicon People Partnership’s client are a highly accomplished, successful engineering business who specialise in automotive restoration. Continued profitable growth have led to this Junior Quality Inspector vacancy and benefits include:

Day shifts (37.20 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year of service (capped at 25 days), plus the bank holidays

As a Junior Quality Inspector your responsibilities will include:

Visually inspect components and assemblies for obvious defects
Work with the production lines and assembly teams to rectify issues
Carry out packaging and manufacturing inspections, sampling, and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met
Assist with drafting inspection procedures and validate or troubleshoot testing methods
As a Junior Quality Inspector, you’ll have:

Ability to work in a very small team and a proactive attitude as this role involves working alone at times
Competency working with computers
