  • Lead power device simulation and design; or device characterization activities
  • Identify and drive towards pragmatic simulation and design approaches or test methods which will positively impact development cycle and our customer requirements
  • Consider all product aspects from design-to-manufacturing to effective cost structure
  • Deliver concise summaries, conclusions, and influence development programs
What You Will Need
  • PhD or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • In depth knowledge of power semiconductor devices, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs
  • Proven track record of accomplishment in an engineering or technology management role
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and requirements clearly and to influence stakeholders at all levels
