EMEA Corporation Tax Specialist Up to £60,000 plus bonus and great benefits Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 wfh) Permanent full time role Berkshire A major international organisation with a sizeable EMEA presence is strengthening its regional tax function and is looking for an EMEA Corporation Tax Specialist to join its central finance team. The business spans multiple entities across Europe, offering broad exposure across compliance, reporting, advisory and project-based work. As the EMEA Corporation Tax Specialist, you will be a large finance team with an excellent culture, with scope to develop and learn new skills. Key Areas of Responsibility for EMEA Corporation Tax Specialist role: Quarterly and annual tax provisioning. Tax compliance across EMEA. Reviewing returns and managing tax payments. Prepare tax journals for month-end and year-end close. Statutory reporting for regional tax. Optimise capital allowances and maintain fixed assets. Calculate and review ETR. Reconcile tax balance sheet. Transfer pricing documentation. BEPS compliance. Test and review the group’s TP model. Assist with the implementation of Pillar Two rules. Support public country-by-country reporting. Skills for EMEA Corporation Tax Specialist role: Strong technical grounding in tax accounting and multi-jurisdiction compliance. High attention to detail, Proactive and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. Confident and clear communicator. Collaborate effectively with teams across different countries and time zones. Experience for EMEA Corporation Tax Specialist role: Degree in Accounting. ACA/ATT/CTA/ACA. Experience in corporate tax.
