We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on a prestigious facility in the Liverpool area. The maintenance engineer will be responsible for general repairs and upkeep to the AHU's, fan coil units, pumps, water systems and mechanical plant room plus compliance checks and general fabric upkeep. This is a permanent role paying up to 40k basic plus OT, Circa 40 hours per week. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Description:
Completing reactive repairs, planned maintenance and small works projects.
AHU & Fan coil units
Hot and cold water feeds
Radiators and heating
Drainage
Fabric maintenance duties – basic joinery, painting etc.
L8 prevention, tamp temps and thermostatic mixer valves (TMV)
To have Mechanical Engineering experience and qualifications
Ability and desire to complete general fabric maintenance tasks
Knowledge of Building services (water, heating, ventilation, plant room)
Be prepared to undertake training as required by the post and the contract manager.
Operate all systems within the building in a competent, effective and efficient manner, adhering to relevant guidelines and bulletins.
