The Company:

We are working with a fantastic, entrepreneurial business who are looking for their next Head of Paid Media to join them.

The Role:

As the Head of Paid Media, you will oversee the daily operations of all advertising accounts across multiple platforms including social media platforms. With three direct reports under your leadership, you’ll need to balance strategic vision with hands-on management. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance campaigns and drive optimised performance results.

How Can You Stand Out?

  • A background in Digital Marketing Management or Account Management with a focus on PPC.
  • Proven experience managing at least one direct report.
  • Strong expertise in PPC campaign management and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

The team LOVE to be together in an environment where they can bounce ideas off each other and collaborate with the wider teams in the business, but there is potential for hybrid working further down the line. Therefore, this position would suit candidates living in Peterborough and surrounding areas including March, Stamford, Chatteris, Wisbech, Oundle, Corby, Huntingdon and Market Deeping.
