Proclinical is seeking a Senior Specialist in Benefit Operations to join a dynamic team in Chester. This role focuses on the execution and administration of benefits and retirement programs, including health, welfare, savings plans, and wellness initiatives. Interpret and communicate benefit plan provisions, policies, and processes, serving as an escalation point for Tier 2 benefits inquiries.
Document processes and activities, updating local work instructions, training materials, and knowledge articles.
Manage day-to-day activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrollments, status changes, terminations, and claims.
Manage enrollment windows in partnership with benefits system providers and maintain annual activity calendars.
Review and update system-generated correspondence, vendor websites, and HR portal content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Assist with compliance and governance of total rewards plans, identifying risks, participating in audits, and implementing corrective actions.
Manage testing activities for benefits administration systems and support implementation of changes.
Complete annual benefit surveys and assist with wellness program administration and communications.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of HR policies, processes, regional employment laws, and benefits legislative requirements.
Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and other Microsoft Office applications.

Coaching experience to build team capabilities.

Proficiency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
