Mobile Heavy Plant Fitter - Main Dealer London

Vehicle, Fuel Card, Door to Door Pay

Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Heavy Plant Fitter based in and around the London area

Our client a Main Dealer of heavy plant machinery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Plant Fitter to join their team. As a Heavy Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of heavy plant machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, dump trucks, and other specialized equipment.

37,000 Basic Salary for a 40 hour week
Vehicle and Fuel Card
High amount of overtime offered
Ongoing bonuses and benefits
Home-based engineer with door to door pay

Manufacturer training and development opportunitiesRequirements:

Experience in maintaining and repairing heavy plant machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, and dump trucks.
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
NVQ level 3 in Heavy Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
A valid driver's license.
Experience working on a variety of heavy plant vehicles, such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, dump trucks, and other specialized equipment, is preferredResponsibilities

Be able to complete repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance procedures according to customer needs and standard maintenance schedules.
Extensive experience in fault diagnosis on hydraulic systems and electrical circuits.
Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to perform diagnostics and provide effective solutions.
Performing thorough fault finding and inspections to identify potential issues and recommending preventative maintenance measures.
