The Product Manager - Digital role at Intelligent Change is pivotal in steering the digital aspect of our business, with a primary focus on the Intelligent Change app. This position is integral to the development and growth of the platform, as it will take full ownership of the app, working collaboratively with the Intelligent Change Founder.
This role will shape, create, and oversee the entire product life cycle, ensuring alignment with user needs, business objectives, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Evaluate, develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the company's mobile application, aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Roadmap Planning : Define and prioritize feature enhancements, updates, and new functionalities based on market research, user feedback, and industry trends to curate a health and wellbeing experience that will increase digital margins.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Founder, wider team and external developers.
- User Experience Optimization : Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback, app usage metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience and driving engagement, as well as managing subscriptions.
- Product Development : Implement product development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and updates, while also iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, and regularly track and report on performance against goals.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Proven experience in product and project management, especially with app solutions
- Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
- Previous experience working with external dev teams
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive decision making
