About the team

This FIS Sales Team is focused on bringing valuable Climate Risk andbroader ESG solutions to the market. Focusing on Capital Markets ,we offer a broad spectrum of front to back solutions to our clients.The team is focused on growth, predominantly from existing accounts.

What you will be doing

As part of the Capital Markets Amplify team, and a s an experiencedand proven Sales and Subject Mater Expert in the climate risk space, you will utilize your professional expertise along with knowledge ofFIS company products and services. Help s ell ers through aspecific channel, partner on territory management, share yourexpertise in client, meetings and on panels,, and collaborate with ateam that is responsible for selling FIS solutions in the riskvertical .

As part of the growth team, you will:

  • Position and help sell solutions and/or services toinsurance and corporate institutions
  • Develops andmaintains new account relationships.
  • Solicit andmaintain a network of prospects. Initiate contact with prospectivecustomers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of climate risk , business challenges, andsolutions in the marketplace including competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain necessary new revenue pipeline.Demonstrates pipeline growth on a quarterly basis. Maintains activitylevels with meaningful progress: calls, meetings next steps and followups.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients utilizingFIS resources and tools.
  • Help n egotiate, structure,and close “deals” that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability todeliver; utilize appropriate company resources per the resources planto provide product marketing support or specialized product salesexpertise.
  • Assist in the development of sales tacticsand strategies and collaborate with the product management andmarketing resources.
  • Meet or exceed sales quota goalsand objectives.
  • Collaborates with the business, finance,and pre-sales on opportunities as well as strategic initiatives.
  • Sit on panels related to the industry and share yourindustry and market expertise .

What you bring:

  • Significantsubject matter expertise in the climate risk space
  • Knowledge of ESG solutions technology including systems, applications,and regulatory practices.
  • Disciplined and self-motivatedindividual with proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
  • Understanding of FIS and competitive products and services
  • Must have prior experience establishing and maintainingeffective working relationships with all levels of management(internally/externally), employees, clients, and public.
  • Prior experience using LinkedIn and other professionalsocial media tools to develop new prospects and advance opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of a typical and a-typical sales lifecycle, especially on the remote environment.
  • Must bemotivated by exceeding expectations and reaping the rewards that FISoffers.
  • Solid decision-making and problem solving andcreativity skills.
  • Analytical skills are required todetermine client business needs and requirements.
  • Expertnegotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Dynamics or
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination ofeducation, training, or work experience.
  • Travel isrequired
