Accounts Assistant, Temporary, Start ASAP, Poole, £14.We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to start on an immediate basis in the Poole area helping one of our clients with a project. You must be able to start immediately and have Sage experience.

As an Accounts Assistant you will:

Assist in maintaining the purchase ledger, including processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and reconciling supplier statements
Utilize Sage software for data entry, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records
Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing processes
Manage and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP function
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
Requirements of an Accounts Assistant:

Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Sage accounting software
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
