About the Role:

Location: The service premises, but you may be required to work from other locations at the discretion of the company and with appropriate notice.

As a Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in resident well-being while leading and motivating a dedicated care team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care in accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being according to care plans, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the management of the Manager.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including meals, personal care, and social interaction.
  • To supervise the care services within the organisation in accordance with agreed standards
  • To provide leadership to the care staff within the service.
  • Maintain accurate resident records.
  • Identify and address training needs within the team, maintaining skills at a current level, and undertaking such training and development be required to maintain practices as up to date.

Requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced Carer with a minimum of 2+ years in a care home setting.
  • Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care essential. Comprehensive training and support provided.
