About the Role:
Location: The service premises, but you may be required to work from other locations at the discretion of the company and with appropriate notice.
As a Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in resident well-being while leading and motivating a dedicated care team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care in accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being according to care plans, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the management of the Manager.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including meals, personal care, and social interaction.
- To supervise the care services within the organisation in accordance with agreed standards
- To provide leadership to the care staff within the service.
- Maintain accurate resident records.
- Identify and address training needs within the team, maintaining skills at a current level, and undertaking such training and development be required to maintain practices as up to date.
