Supports Solution Architects in shaping cross-IT Product solutions; ensures inter-IT Product dependencies required to deliver large, integrated solutions are properly accounted for within their IT Product backlog.
Develops a continuous improvement culture within the IT Product team, encouraging the team to make meaningful improvements to overall IT Product performance.
Advises Business and IT stakeholders on the latest technology developments to inform potential functional opportunities within Engineering. Comprehensive experience of managing IT delivery from requirements elicitation to code deployment, demonstrated by 5 years of relevant industry experience.
