Frontend Engineer

Salary - £45-65k Plus Bonus & Benefits

Location - London, Hybrid (twice a month in the office)

We are working with a green energy company who are changing the way consumers use energy now and into the future. If you are passionate about this space this could be an amazing opportunity for you.

You would get to join a high performing team who work cross functionally and you would have the ability to work across the full tech stack as well as continuing to learn and develop.

Role expectations:

  • You would work across mostly FE but also BE technologies and architecture, so working heavily with Vue.js and the opportunity to learn Kotlin.
  • You will get to be part of the team building scalable platforms on microservices architecture using Google Cloud.
  • You will focus on quality and best practices and be passionate about modern engineering; such as TDD, BDD.
  • You would get to be part of some big company wide projects to ensure the business is leading in the tech space.

Your skills

  • Ideally you would have experience across the full stack, however your focus would be frontend.
  • Experience with Vue.js, JavaScript & other frameworks such as React.js are complimentary for the role.
  • Have some experience on the backend (but does not have to be your daily focus) or even working in environments working closely with backend engineers.
  • Passionate about TDD, BDD
  • Worked with Google or AWS Cloud and ideally in a microservices architecture
