Tower Theatres comprises of three operating theatres, a lithotripsy suite and clinical care endoscopy patients. The clinical area also supports a surgical admissions area and post-operative second stage recovery for day case procedures. Lambeth Theatres comprises of 6 operating theatres, The clinical area also supports a surgical admissions area and post-operative second stage recovery for day case procedures. Nuffield Theatres is undergoing major expansion to support a new surgical admission lounge, two new modular theatres and an 8 bedded recovery unit. This is a very exciting project which will present opportunity for growth and development to successful the candidate.
Possess clinical expertise in Anaesthetic/ recovery/ scrub/ surgical admission and Nurse- Led Discharge
Assisting with Incident report and complaint investigation
BSC/1st degree (health related) or equivalent qualification/training and experience
Post Registration/ CPD Anaesthetic/ Recovery/ Scrub
Evidence of ongoing professional development in relevant area of speciality
RN1/ RN2/ RN12 or RN Child Registered Nurse on the NMC register. You will be able decide how best to achieve expected results, whilst acting within clearly defined policies/ procedures and codes of conduct.
