The Role

As an Engineering Technology Lead, your role involves spearheading innovation and technology solutions that align with the business objectives. Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and agile teams to enhance tools, systems, and platforms, enabling the creation of customer-centric solutions. You'll translate business needs into functional software and technology designs, while developing foundational architecture components that adhere to successful patterns and support future-state architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive backend software engineering using Python and C#.
  • Support, coach, and inspire team members, fostering a positive and collaborative engineering environment.
  • Provide guidance to team members and managers from other teams.
  • Contribute to evolving our technological landscape.
