Atrium Recruitment is representing a bespoke housing developer based in Norfolk, specializing in the creation of eco-friendly, top-spec, A-rated homes. With a focus on delivering quality and innovation, our client is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.
The project entails the construction of several bespoke bungalows, each valued between £500,000 to £600,000. Ideally, candidates should possess SSSTS or SMSTS certification, although our client is willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Additionally, candidates ideally would have NPORS or CPCS certification.
More importantly, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential construction, preferably in a managerial capacity.
While in-person meetings are preferred, arrangements can be made for virtual interviews via Teams if necessary.
Salary: Our client is offering a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000. They are seeking a permanent team member who demonstrates the potential for growth and progression within the company.
