Customer Success Manager

We're partnered with a leader in cost and carbon estimating solutions for the infrastructure sector. Trusted by thousands in the transport, water, and energy industries, we are revolutionizing the way infrastructure projects are planned and delivered.

They require a Customer Success Manager with some leadership experience, to join them on a hybrid model in Manchester

What You’ll Do:

General:

  • Promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture through effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to business processes and policies.

Pre-sales Support:

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs, craft solution proposals, and deliver impactful technical support during the sales process.
  • Conduct and oversee data setup and product demonstrations.
  • Provide strategic insights to prospects and customers, highlighting how our solutions address their business challenges.
  • Stay up to date with product developments, customer feedback, and market trends to enhance pre-sales strategies.

Implementation Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans across discovery, development, testing, and training phases.
  • Manage project delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Provide real-time updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including design, test, and training plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and guide escalations to effective resolutions.

Team Management:

  • Cultivate a high-performance team culture through leadership and example.
  • Support individual staff development and encourage effective teamwork.
  • Drive efficient communication and collaboration within the team.

  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate across internal teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset to solve complex problems and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage time and competing priorities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A can-do attitude, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
