~ Oversee daily operations across multiple franchise locations within your territory to ensure consistency and efficiency.
~ Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across all stores.
~Train staff to ensure each pizza and all other food items are prepared to perfection, meeting the highest quality standards.
~Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and adherence to brand standards
~ Ensure products meet brand quality standards by working with store managers to implement quality control measures and maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
~Develop and manage budgets for each store within the area.
~ Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
~ Assemble a detailed performance plan for the store to implement and follow to increase financial performance.
~ Closely monitor the performance plan to ensure stores follow it and engage master franchises to help enforce the plan effectively.
~ Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives within the area.
~ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
~ Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and key metrics.
~·Assist stores with recruitment and training related to hygiene, health, and safety.

Qualifications

~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
~3+ years of management
~ Strong analytical skills
~ Ability to multi-task effectively
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
~ Valid driver's license
