Director of Estates (Confidential Care Provider) Location: Yorkshire (with national travel) Package: Competitive executive salary + benefits A growing care provider is seeking an experienced Director of Estates to lead strategy, compliance, maintenance, and capital development across a diverse multi-site portfolio. This newly elevated role will shape the long-term estates strategy, improve safety and compliance, and support expansion through refurbishment, redevelopment, and new site growth. Key Responsibilities Lead estates strategy, lifecycle planning, and asset management Oversee planned & reactive maintenance, compliance, and building safety Deliver capital projects, refurbishments, extensions, and new developments Manage contractors, procurement frameworks, and budgets Support operational teams to improve quality, efficiency, and service delivery What We're Looking For Senior estates leadership experience in multi-site settings Background in care, healthcare, housing, education, or regulated estates Strong compliance and building safety knowledge Experience delivering capital programmes and operational estates services Strong leadership, stakeholder, and contractor management capability Why Apply?
