~ Prime Location: Our office, nestled in the vibrant Princes Dock, offers stunning views of the River Mersey and is a stone's throw from Liverpool’s bustling city centre.
~ Varied Project Scales: Our projects range in value from £0.You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple procurement routes and forms of contract, ensuring an exciting and diverse workload.
~ We collaborate closely with our Manchester office, ensuring a holistic approach to project delivery and professional growth.
~ Comprehensive Services: Our team provides a mix of Cost Management, Employer’s Agent, Fund Monitoring, and general commercial management for clients across both public and private sectors. Our work is broadly split 50/50 between pre and post-contract status, giving you exposure to all phases of project delivery.

Leading Project Delivery: Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
~ Providing expert cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while managing costs effectively across all project stages.
~ Building and maintaining strong relationships with both public and private sector clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring we exceed their expectations.
~ Guiding and mentoring junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
~ Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record of managing projects, ideally within a consultancy setting.
~ Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various sectors within Real Estate such as museums, residential, life sciences, infrastructure, and more, with experience in different procurement routes and contract forms.
~ A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead projects and guide teams towards successful outcomes.
~ Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with working towards membership in a relevant professional body (such as RICS or equivalent), is highly desirable.
