International Projects Director, Commercial Pharma

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project/Program Manager to lead and oversee complex projects and multi-country programs in our commercial section for Pharma or MedTech. You will be overseeing field-based personnel.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in project management, client relationship management, and team development.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects/programs, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, and quality standards.
Develop comprehensive project plans and manage associated deliverables across all phases.
Collaborate with Business Development to finalize budgets and scopes of work; manage financial performance to meet realization targets.
Oversee project tracking systems and ensure accurate data maintenance.
Direct and support project teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies through quality and risk management plans.
Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project needs.
Act as a key relationship manager for clients, addressing issues and implementing solutions in collaboration with senior leadership.
Represent project management in cross-functional and client-facing committees.
Manage staff in accordance with company policies, including performance management, development, and HR-related actions.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 7 years in project management. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
