Park Avenue Recruitment are currently working with a London Borough who are looking for an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join the team.

They are looking for a well-rounded surveyor with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience, and experience of working on commercial and residential property in both the public and private sectors.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Rent reviews/Lease renewals
  • Involvement in the implementation of a new property database
  • Contribution to the Council's strategic asset management plan
  • New lettings
  • Affordable work-space projects

This role offers hybrid working arrangements, so you will be expected to attend the office twice per week, and will be able to work remotely for the other three days.

This will be an initial 6-month contract, with the offer of an extension being very likely.
