The journey of Pranzo began in Calabria, Southern Italy where Marco drew inspiration from his Nonna's homemade pasta, recipes and passion for fresh produce. We opened our first independant restaurant in Ilkley, 2018 and due to success we opened our second restaurant in Harrogate in 2020. After 2 successful years in Harrogate, Pranzo Harrogate has recently completed an expansion where we now occupy 60 seats. We are proud to say due to our passion for homemade pasta and quality service we are now ranked in the top 10 restaurants in Harrogate on Tripadvisor.

What are we looking for?

  • Having good organisational skills and comfortable working in a busy and fast paced kitchen
  • Follow all HACCAP procedures with the kitchen whilst on service
  • All orders from suppliers must be checked and accounted for freshness and quality
  • Be courteous towards other staff in the kitchen
  • Be able to memorise and produce dishes to spec, with correct weights/ingredients
  • Run an organised efficient and clean section.
  • Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, presentation standards
