Risk and Compliance Business Architect

Business Architect Permanent, up to £65,000 per annum + benefits, remote with occasional travel to Dorset
We are currently working with a UK charity, who are looking for a Business Architect to join their team and help shape their Target Operating Model (TOM), to ensure alignment with our strategic goals. As a Business Architect focusing on TOM, you will play a critical role in designing and optimising business processes, organisational structure (focused on the Architecture deparment), and technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a Target Operating Model that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Identify business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation related to business architecture, including process maps, organisational charts, and technology frameworks.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements from stakeholders.
Provide expertise on best practices for business architecture and TOM implementation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Architect or in a similar role, with a strong focus on TOM design and implementation.
Deep understanding of business processes, organisational design, and technology integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with business architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate).
