We are looking for an Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our infrastructure team to support Anglian Water projects across Peterborough. What you'll do: Responsible for environmental compliance across all major aspects – water, waste, noise/vibration and ecological Provide environmental compliance advice to various teams including design, construction, procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers on practical implementation of contract policies. Manage and mentor the development of project Environmental Advisors. Assist the Environmental Lead in developing and implementing the Environmental Management Plan and other site-specific control measures. Undertake internal and external environmental audits and inspections, including those for suppliers and waste contractors. Deliver suitable environmental and sustainability training for all project staff. Drive awareness for and delivery against contract targets, particularly reducing Carbon emissions, improving materials efficiency, and achieving no-net loss in biodiversity.
