Applying best-practice analysis techniques to assess feasibility and root causes
Building a deep understanding of systems, processes, and data across business areas
Following the systems development lifecycle and maintaining traceability throughout projects
Ensuring application quality to deliver excellent customer experiences
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in systems analysis techniques such as process modelling and data modelling
Experience delivering high-quality analysis in complex, multi-platform environments
Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, and SharePoint
