Social Media and Marketing Executive

Digital Radish is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Executive to help shape the agency’s exciting next stage of growth. We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in social content who can help us to tell our story in an informative, entertaining and engaging way. You’ll be working closely with our Managing Director to define and execute our marketing plan, working on exciting campaigns and projects that will drive brand awareness and support client retention and acquisition – ultimately ensuring we will continue to be the best agency in b2b. The RoleDigital Radish is looking for a b2b Social Media & Marketing Executive to help shape and manage the agency’s exciting next stage of growth.
Responsibilities- Creating lo-fi content and reels for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok & X, as well as orchestrating higher production social content.
- Leading on the launch of our Digital Radish’s new brand proposition and managing the development and launch of our new website
- Staying close to the latest developments in social media and supporting the use of social media across our client base
- Working closely with our content and creative teams to create thought-leading and innovative content for the market from Digital Radish
- Running our LinkedIn Live streams – developing topic ideas, production management, driving attendees
- Working on new business, tracking engagements, and running pitch processes
- Managing the social presence and profiles of Digital Radish and our Co-Founders and MDs, as well as clients where appropriate
- Ensuring our award-winning work with clients is promoted to the outside world – developing case study stories, working with the creative team to develop assets
- Coordinating our event calendar, managing our sponsorship, speaking slots and continuously lookout for new events and spaces we should have a presence at
- Lead on directing, writing and managing our award entries, ensuring they’re winner-worthy and will be added to our trophy shelf
- High energy and enthusiasm to try new things with a fail fast, fail often attitude
- Extensive social media experience – perhaps your own business, content platform or profile you’ve built
- Great copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- An interest in b2b and complex technology
- Very organised
- A multi-tasker who can flex to the different needs of the agency and likes getting organised and getting stuff done
- Super bright and able to understand new concepts and technologies quickly
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to mobilise others to get stuff done; high EQ
- Will likely have experimented with lots of different tools and techniques; likely to have built their own social media profile or that of a brands
