Wondering about a day in the life of a Senior Director of Marketing & Fundraising? You’ll:
- Direct the newly formed Marketing & Mass Fundraising team to execute a bold strategic plan.
- Develop and drive a clear vision for marketing and mass fundraising at the British Red Cross (BRC).
- Achieve £100 million or more in income from the mass public while diversifying fundraising for long-term growth.
- Direct all Marketing and Mass Fundraising campaigns to achieve strategic objectives.
- Shape the BRC brand to align with organizational goals and fundraising strategies.
- Drive creative development of propositions, narratives, and content across marketing channels.
- Ensure ethical content gathering and curation for compelling storytelling.
- Manage a budget of approximately £25 million for maximum return on investment and brand impact.
