- Oversee daily operations of all cleaning aspects for all holiday homes and park venues.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Schedule and coordinate contractor activities to meet service demands.
- Deliver our performance targets against budget, margin & cost control
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to cleaning services promptly and effectively.

You may already be a Cleaning Manager or Operations Manager which is great. Proven experience leading large teams in a large Cleaning Services operation or similar environment
