• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conveyancing, market appraisals, canvassing, mortgage referrals, and FX services to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with property sellers and buyers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process, including conveyancing and financing aspects.
A stellar track record as a Sales Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in the industry, marked by consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other cutting-edge real estate tools.
