About the role

Step into the world of DWF's Regulatory Consulting team, where innovation meets regulation. As a Consultant, you'll join a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to redefining regulatory practices for a diverse clientele, ranging from small banks to international financial institutions. About you

Experience Requirements: Possesses at least 2 years of regulatory consulting experience, or 4 years in related regulatory roles within financial services.
Skills & Expertise: Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance monitoring programs. Experience with FCA and PRA regulations is preferred.
Project Delivery: Proven track record in delivering client projects autonomously and proactively, including training to clients and participation in regulatory change projects.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to work effectively within a team and contribute to the development of junior staff.

This role will be a hybrid position with a minimum of 50% of time to be spent in the office and will be based in DWF's London office.
