This Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role offers an exceptional opportunity for Teaching Assistants (TAs) to elevate their careers. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA is preferred, but not essential. We welcome candidates with a passion for education and a willingness to learn.
• A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable, but not mandatory. Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration within the school.
• Assist in assessing student progress and contribute to lesson planning, ensuring that each student receives personalised support tailored to their needs.
