They are seeking a SHEQ Director to provide leadership, direction, vision and strategy for Senior Managers and colleagues across all operations. The Role As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, creating and championing a strategic and consistent, high-quality health and safety culture is key to this appointment. You will proactively promote a ‘zero harm’ methodology and seek continuous improvement across health, safety environment and quality, ensuring practices and procedures support the highest standards and exceed legislative requirements.We are keen to speak to you if you have significant experience in a leadership position or similar role and can demonstrate the ability to lead and support improvement initiatives, engaging individuals and teams. You are a proactive Health and Safety individual who will drive engagement and business performance.
