Job Title: Trainee Manufacturing Tutor / Trainer (PMO)

Location: South Wales - Centre Based

Salary: £25,000 + benefits package - 4 day week

Type: Permanent

Essential Criteria:

Hold solid, occupational competency within Manufacturing.
Must have experience of delivering on-the-job training to colleagues within a manufacturing environment.
Ideally hold or willingness to work towards either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) - full training and funding provided.
Ideally have current or previous experience of delivering PMO qualifications.
Confident and comfortable to deliver training to small groups of learners.Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards PMO NVQ to Level 2, in a workshop / small group setting.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular learner assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
