Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home - New Brighton Your new companyHays Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with an Ofsted rated "Good" 3 bedroom children's emotional behaviour disorder (EBD) service in the Wirral area as they require a motivated and reliable Registered Manager. This is a full-time contract with full training and DBS provided. You will have the opportunity to be apart of and run a brand new service within the Wirral area. Your new roleIn your new role as a Registered Manager of a 3 bedroom EBD service you will ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the service. You will run the development, implementation, and maintenance of exceptional care services by leading by example, managing the team, completing service/care reviews, and training. You will be working Monday-Friday on an off shift basis and flexible to your times.
