Our client is looking for a Credit Hire and Personal injury Solicitorto join theirmarket leading Motor Insurance Company to establish a new in-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to join at this early stage and be influential in the future development of the legal operation.
The candidate should be qualified for over five years and have been working within the credit hire sector with a broad understanding of fast and multi-track credit hire and personal injury claims.
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Solicitor to work closely with management and the claims team to support the future success of the business. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and commercial awareness combined with excellent attention to detail with a drive to deliver a high-quality service.
The role is fully office based, a competitive salary and benefits are available and negotiable dependent upon experience.
Management of litigated Fast track and credit hire and personal injury claims.
Ability to manage litigation through to trial
To work in conjunction with claims company whilst taking personal ownership for supervision to comply with legal requirements
Responsible for compliance with court directions
Building and maintaining a good relationship with the Insurance and Claims Companies.
To ensure cases are run efficiently and the Insurance Company are provided with regular updates on development of cases
Previous experience in litigation essential
Able to follow instructions of senior staff and comply with internal deadlines
Case management software experience
Proficiency in working with Damages Claims Portal
