About You:
You're more than just a number cruncher—you’re a seasoned professional ready to lead, innovate, and make an impact. You have:
- 10+ years’ experience in accounting practice.
- ACCA/ACA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills in accounting and taxation.
- Excellent IT & communication skills to streamline processes and engage effectively with clients and the team.
- 3+ years’ managerial experience with proven ability to lead, plan, and manage team workloads.
- Attention to detail and commercial awareness to manage budgets and enhance client relationships.
