HSE Manager in County Durham – Pharmaceutical Sector Long term contract - £60-£75 per hour DOE
Are you a seasoned Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) professional seeking your next challenge? We have an exciting contract opportunity for a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to join our client's dynamic team within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is based at their facility in scenic County Durham, North East UK.
As the spearhead of health and safety initiatives on small EPCM portfolio projects, this position calls for unwavering commitment to excellence in promoting workplace safety culture while ensuring compliance with stringent regulations.
Develop robust HSE policies aligned with regulatory demands.
Conduct rigorous risk assessments; Lead impactfull training programs enhancing workforce awareness.
To thrive as an integral part of our project teams:
You'll need proven expertise underpinned by an Occupational Health and Safety accredited qualification alongside preferred certification credentials.
Adept knowledge surrounding prevailing legal frameworks coupled with best-practice benchmarks will be indispensable tools in your arsenal.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills complemented by strong leadership qualities necessary when navigating high-pressure scenarios effortlessly, all without compromising any aspect related directly or indirectly towards maintaining simultaneous multiple priorities seamlessly organised amidst fast-paced settings.
