You'll be joining Engenda Group on a contract basis as Civil Quality Manager, joining a team in Hampshire on a Gas Compressor station upgrade.

Role Overview

You’ll be joining an upgrade to a large scale gas transmission station in Lockerley, and we’re looking for somebody to join the team and manage the quality procedure throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll join on a long-term contract and ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and to both client and industry standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the clients’ quality procedures and specifications
  • Ensure that client specifications, legal requirements and the quality plan are provided to the subcontractor and adhered to at all times
  • Review and agree on a suitable subcontractor quality plan
  • Undertake regular inspections and reviews of subcontractor performance
  • Ensure all relevant quality, material or related documentation and certifications are received and compiled from the subcontractor

Requirements

  • You need experience of civil works in a regulated environment (petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, nuclear or similar sector)
  • You need experience of civil works on electrical installations
  • It would be beneficial if you have experience with duct chambers and draw pits, but not essential
