The Role Working within the Project team, you will be responsible for the execution of Display projects from creative brief through to delivery in store. Working with all internal stakeholders as well as external clients to deliver on time, on budget and to the right quality and service standard. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a good grasp of design is essential . Responsibiliti es Reviewing project briefs with the Account Manager to fully understand the client requirements, to ensure all correct details are included and all information is comple te.Monitoring budget compliance through the life of a project and driving for improvemen ts.Working directly with clients, external agencies and internal team associates as a key contact to ensure all relevant project data is organised and delivered on ti me.Recommending continuous improvement ideas to the design and supply te amsFacilitating handover meetings with supply and development teams, agreeing timelines and mileston es.Creating, managing, and monitoring the overall project time plan with the individual stakeholders to ensure delivery on pl an.Monitoring budget compliance through the lifecycle of a project and drive for improvemen ts.Reviewing and establishing team priorities and communicating change to your Team and Stakehold ersActing as the facilitator working with the team to break through issu es.Managing any installation briefing, with all supporting scoping documentation and coordinating the access, tracking and sign off with the clie nt.Installation – working with the Buyer and Senior Project Manager to scope out the installation brief, coordinating with the installation company once the work order has been placed, tracking progress and communicating with the team and client all the way throu gh.Quality Management – understanding quality control processes required. Working in conjunction with the buying team to ensure quality checks and production sign off is built into the schedule, communicated with the client and fully document ed. Skills and Experi ence Experience of Microsoft Office, including strong excel s killsGood written and verbal communication sk ills.Good interpersonal and motivational sk ills.Highly numerate and able to analyse and add value to inform ationAttention to detail and well-developed organisational skills, able to multi-task on simultaneous pro jectsAble to ‘think out of the box’Ability to work flexible hours, available to tr avel. Edu cation 5+ years’ experience of working in Project Management role preferably Point of Purchase Design or Retail Display sector.
