Position Title: Project Coordinator
Location: UK – Remote
Length of Contract: 12 months (PAYE or Umbrella contract)

One of our gaming industry clients is looking for a Program Coordinator to join their Program Management team to be responsible for driving operational success across multiple key AAA sports franchises.


Project ownership
Work with the Product Management Team to intake new tasks, and monitor and manage task progress, deadlines, and deliverables utilizing Asana, Slack and other project management tools
Uphold clear project documentation and share critical information across key stakeholders
Cleary summarize and socialize project meeting notes, identifying clear next steps, action items and owners, and deadlines
You seek to proactively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, excel at task management, and are always looking for ways to optimize processes and help support your team.

3+ years of administration experience
~ Experience and expertise in using and understanding project management tools such as Asana, Monday, etc.,
~ Experience in building out Confluence pages and deck building in Google Slides
~ Previous games industry experience a plus, not required
