As a registered social landlord with over 13,000 homes and the largest provider in Wirral, we want to utilise our position as one of Liverpool City Region’s anchor organisations to make a positive impact on the communities, customers and colleagues we work with.
We are seeking three new Board Directors who believe in our sole value to ‘do the right thing’, who can help us achieve the goals set out in our strategic plan and really make a difference to the people behind the front door in all of our homes. Housing experience is not essential but would be preferable for the regeneration position. Chair of Risk and Audit Committee
An appreciation for the role the committee plays within a regulated environment is important, along with the ability to make common sense business decisions that will help us achieve our aims while making sure the customer is at the centre of all we do. It is not essential to have a financial background for this role.
We have two opportunities for Board Directors - the first will be a qualified accountant, and the second will have a strong understanding of social housing and regeneration. Our Board and committee meetings are held in person at our Birkenhead Head Office where possible but virtual attendance is permitted where required.
