Role Responsibilities The incoming Legal Cashier will be joining a team of four who are friendly and supportive. The role will be varied with the opportunity to learn other aspects of the finance function. Full training will be provided along with supervision and support. Key tasks include:

  • Completing Billing
  • Assisting with Completions
  • Processing day to day transactions
  • Posting Client & Office Bank Statements
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Providing support to all Legal departments
  • Archiving and general administration duties
  • Audit and general control reviews

Person Specification The successful Legal Cashier will have 1 or more years in a similar legal finance role or equivalent legal Finance Assistant experience. This Legal Cashier opportunity is an excellent entry point into an ambitious and friendly organisation with an excellent opportunity to develop and acquire new skills. You will also possess:
  • Excellent communicative & Organisational skills
  • Strong analytical, numerical and reconciliation skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Ability to pick things up quickly whilst maintaining accuracy
