PE Global is currently recruiting for an Associate Director of Evidence Generation for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in London. This is an initial 6 months contract position. Daily rate £550 via Umbrella. Duties of the role/Responsibilities As Associate Director of Evidence Generation, you’ll lead the development of innovative, non-interventional studies and Real-World Evidence programs that influence global healthcare decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, fit-for-purpose evidence that supports access, adoption, and optimal use of the company’s medicines. Lead design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans Develop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to final analyses and publications Ensure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategy, study design, and data interpretation Engage with global stakeholders including key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and patient groups Support development of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance evidence generation Stay current with trends and drive adoption of emergent evidence approaches across teams Education/Experience Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred 5+ years experience in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation Strong expertise in non-interventional study design and Real-World Evidence methodologies Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiences Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, global matrix environments Excellent collaboration, organizational, and strategic thinking skills Skills: Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Data Science, Drug Discovery, Innovation, People Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Waterfall Model Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
