Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Start date : After a strong 2023 Skills Alliance are now hiring for our first Graduate/Trainee intake to join our HQ in Summer 2024. We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals who may have an interest in working across the Life Science sector and are looking to start their career in Recruitment.

We have a vibrant office based in the City of London that is growing rapidly and we come to work every day to do something we love. We conduct half yearly employee engagement surveys and the one thing that all of our staff say they love the most about us is the people and culture, something we have worked hard on creating. We also work only mid to senior level appointments as well as retained searches which means higher fees and in return the opportunity to earn much more commission.

Skills Alliance Group is a global Life Science, Medical Device & Technology, and Animal Health recruitment company encompassing three business units: We provide innovative and bespoke recruitment solutions that facilitate our clients need to hire exceptional talent quickly. To date we count many of the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharma and CROs as our partners, and we are proud to be contributing to the discovery, development and distribution of safe and effective therapeutics across the globe - and are now looking for graduates who want to work directly with these exciting and innovative clients.

Business Development and building business relationships
Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks
