Asset & Compliance Systems Manager Rates: £52,000 – £63,000 per annum / £240 day rate Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire - Flexible working Contract: Permanent or Temporary About the Role Sellick Partnership are seeking an experienced Asset and Compliance Systems Manager to lead the development and management of estates and facilities systems within a large, complex organisation. This senior role will focus on ensuring effective asset management, compliance reporting, and the optimisation of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems. Key Responsibilities Oversee and develop CAFM systems and associated processes. Manage asset data integrity and compliance reporting (including PAM and statutory requirements). Lead on system upgrades, fault resolution, and staff training. Produce accurate performance reports and compliance documentation. Drive continuous improvement in maintenance planning and operational processes. Manage and develop a team, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service About You Degree in IM&T or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience). PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification. Significant experience in estates or technical management, including data and information systems. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent IT knowledge, including CAFM systems and MS applications. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders Desirable: Experience within healthcare estates or asset management environments.
